Dieny Charlot (she/her) is a versatile strategist, organizer, and community advocate whose career spans operations, event management, and project coordination. As co-founder of Creative Approach, Co. LLC, she collaborates with mission-driven organizations to create inclusive, culturally relevant initiatives that uplift marginalized communities and amplify diverse voices.
Dieny’s work has taken her across national and international landscapes, where she has partnered with a wide array of stakeholders—ranging from corporate executives, engineers, and marketing teams to artists, celebrity managers, and community leaders. Her expertise shines through in leading high-profile corporate partnerships and events, including major collaborations with NASCAR, as well as managing large-scale national and international trade shows and community-driven initiatives.
In addition to her work at Creative Approach, Co., Dieny has held key roles at Whelen Engineering, Paper Connection International, RIHub Venture Mentoring Service, and Howls. Across these positions, she demonstrated her leadership in operations, program coordination, and event management, while improving internal processes and fostering international partnerships.

Edwige Charlot (they/them) is a French-born Haitian immigrant arts advocate, and strategist with a rich community engagement and nonprofit management background. Over the past decade, Edwige has dedicated their career to the social profit sector, serving in key roles at prominent organizations, including the Artist Communities Alliance (National), AS220 (Providence, RI), Maine College of Art (Portland, ME), and Creative Portland (Portland, ME).
Their leadership extends to board membership with the New England Foundation for the Arts and advisory roles such as the People of Color Fund at the Maine Community Foundation. As a founding member of initiatives like blackearth collective & lab and Portland Global Shapers, Edwige has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive community networks and advancing justice through the arts.
Edwige’s work intersects with environmental justice, evidenced by their projects addressing arts, economic development, and community resilience. Their collaborations include partnerships with The Avenue Concept, Studio Loba, Poetry is Busy Studios, Creative Reuse Center of RI, Movement Education Outdoors, and Queer.Archive.Work focusing on equitable grantmaking and capacity-building initiatives.
